  In the last 6 months this dunkin has gone from being my favorite location, to my least favorite. I have been coming here Mon-Fri for the last 2 years. This is the second day in a row that I have taken 1 sip from my coffee before dumping it down the drain. Yesterday there was no cream, and today they gave me sugar free caramel instead of the 6 pumps of caramel swirl that I asked for. Someone should probably tell the young kids that the sugar free and the swirl taste totally different from one another.
  Also, last night was the first time I have ever visited in the evening. My husband was almost ready to jump out of the car on the drive thru line because of how rudely the kid on the loud speaker was speaking to everyone.
  For the last year I have been going out of my way to frequent this location, but I will no longer do that. I was trying to stick it out because the one lady who has been there for a while is great. But unfortunately, last nights visit and the last 2 morning visits just made up my mind for me.
