  I had great food and great experiences till today with China Express. I have been ordering from them for 20 years and just in the past couple months they have hired this new it all guy who barely speaks English and can barely understand you when taking your order. He sent the order half wrong and when I called he told me the owner will be back soon and he will call me. I said can't you just send me the right order and he said no! I waited 10 minutes for a call back and no one called. I called back and same guy answered and I was yelling to send me the right food. Finally he than understood me! I will not be Order from them anymore unless they get rid of this person. After 20 years it's a shame!!!

  Worst service I've ever experienced on the phone. I wouldn't give this place even 1 star, maybe 1/2 of a star. The person who answered the phone did not understand a simple order of sashimi to exclude certain items and replace some items with another type of fish instead. I ordered this in the past and it was fine. But apparently the guy said he was 'new' and did not seem to speak much English. I did not want my order to be delivered and get the wrong order so I asked to speak to someone else and he told me to wait for the boss to call me back.
  
  I waited 20 minutes and at this point I'm starving and still no call. So I called back and told them to forget the order because I never got the call back. The same guy answers and after I told him that it's disfactory to push off a order and keep someone waiting for a call that never came, he says 'ok ok ok' and hangs up on me. With nothing at all, no apology or anything. I've been ordering from this place for awhile but this guy they have at the phone is the rudest person who shouldn't even be working at the phone if he can't understand English or how to place orders.
  
  Terrible place. Terrible service. Waste of my time. I'm taking my business elsewhere. DONT ORDER FROM HERE if you don't want to get your order incorrect and wait almost an hour for a delivery.
